Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within Europe: 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.



Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses



We currently ship to most addresses within Europe and selected international countries.
Please note that carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.



Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking



Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status.



Customs, Duties and Taxes



REHABOTH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.



Damages



REHABOTH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
